Review of Donnie Brasco (1997) by Zane J — 14 Apr 2012
Depp and Pacino are a great tag team. Similar to Goodfellas, it definitely shows a human side to some characters. Yet even after that, it's a mafia story, so hypocrisy prevails. Donnie succeeds in his mission but feels like he is becoming his own enemy.
Great movie especially if you liked Goodfellas.
