Review of Donkey Punch (2008) by Nick T — 26 Jul 2008
What was the point? Honestly? People decrying it for inaccuracy need only look as far as their city centre on a weekend, but Donkey Punch is tedium defined for the first half an hour until someone dies and everything gets a bit tense.
You think it's going to get all cat and mouse but instead just settles on going for dull dialogue. No real plot, no real exposition, just guess who will die next and how, really. Only two of the seven leads are in any way 'normal' and they are simply BORING.
This was a 2.5 review but it's gone down to a 2 as I type. Uninspiring and unimportant.
