Review of Donkey Punch (2008) by Nate J — 28 Feb 2013

So, this movie isn't the worst horror movie I've ever seen. But let's start with the bad. First, and I feel most importantly, the character Bluey is ridiculous. No one on this planet speaks like that, it's just plain irritating. But second, this movie just feels like it takes a long time for a predictable ending and kind of made me just feel like "fuck it, what was the point?".

The point is slightly clearer when you realise Jaime Winstone is in this movie. Success story number one. Next up, three of the deaths are actually decent (I wouldn't say unique, but definitely not overdone). I am a little pissed off that the movie ends the way it does, it does feel like a let down. But as I said previously, certainly not the worst film in existence.
