Review of Don Jon (2013) by Matthew R — 08 Jan 2016

I honestly didn't think I would like Don Jon but I gave it a chance because of Joseph Gordon-Levitt. The characters were mostly hollow shells except for a few but it still worked. Levitt started out as "Jersey Shore" but surprised me in his characters growth.

Julianne Moore and Levitt's connection really gave the film some substance and a quasi relationship that started out weird ended as something with a little heart. Was the ending a little cheesy? Yes.

But who cares...
