Review of Don Jon (2013) by Zack F — 12 Mar 2014
Quite brilliant. JGL performs triple duty here and yet the triumph of the film is a lightness of touch. He must have worked incredibly hard, but clearly it was a labour of love. The screenplay ducks and weaves around the pitfalls of cliche but also showcases some thoroughly entertaining performances.
I look forward to seeing what the exceptionally talented writer/director/star comes up with in the future.
