Review of Domino (1982) by Julia P — 29 Jul 2011
A nice piece of junk food cinema. A perfect soundtrack to accent the movie, full of dizzying cuts and weird visual effects to make things all blurry and crazy. It does have good character development, but found myself wanting to re-watch scenes without the blur and attention grabbing editing. Worth a viewing, but easily nowhere as good as Man on Fire.
PS. having your main character re-tell the story makes for damn sure she won't get killed (or else how would she be able to tell us what happened).
