Review of Domino (1973) by Jim W — 03 Mar 2009
It's some-what believable in the first half. It feels like it could be based on the real woman bounty hunter. Then in the end it turns into a typical Tony Scott film with a bunch of different enemies shooting at each other in a motel room. He's done that in like different movies before Domino.
So as a true story it doesn't work but it's still worth checking out due to the performances. Keira Knightley is not only sexy but one of the best actresses around. She can do costume dramas one minute and play a tough chick that kicks ass the next. While Mickey Rourke is awesome as her father figure who's also a bounty hunter.
