LOve Kathy Bates in this movie. I know the subject matter is tough but the Jennifr Jason lee character was hard on her mom for something that was out of her control. besides she killed him.. what else does she want he got pay back.
So her colourfull past made her the suspect of a murder. Kharma is a bitch.
