Review of Dolores Claiborne (1995) by Aaron D — 10 Jul 2007
One of my three favorite films from a King novel. It's also my favorite Elfman score (currently out of print). This is a film I hold very close (for a myriad of reasons, most of which are subjectively based).
Understanding that the accents are not cohesive throughout, and that some imagery was left in the pages of the book, it's not perfect. However, this is one ride I'm willing to take again and again.
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
