Review of Dolores Claiborne (1995) by Hunter D — 03 Dec 2007
It's a bit hard to follow at first, but the film ultimately delivers the goods as a complex feminist psychological drama. Most of the characters are rather unlikable, save for Kathy Bates, but you grow to understand them more as the film progresses.
It's a well crafted Stephen King adaptation from a very talented crew.
