It can be difficult for a documentary to have the emotional storytelling of other studio driven movies like Milk, Silkwood, Norma Jean. The movie Dolores avoids this with the pacing the music and the naked telling of her story and the shameful history of both America and California.
This really is a must see movie because the narrative of the 60's is back.
