Oh my Holy God, this is great. A tiny Dirty Harry humanoid alien guy crash lands in a Barrio and ends up de-limbing Jackie Earle Haley with "the most powerful gun in the world." Could it have been better? Yes.
Could the concept have been exploited to greater effect? Yes. But Albert Pyun is the master of low-budget awesomeness and he puts enough of that in here to create one sweet little flick.
