Review of Dolemite (1975) by Derek K — 10 Mar 2008
One of the funniest plots ever. The execution is atrocious and laboring, there is a decent beat every 10 or so minutes but the parts between them are so boring. I'm sure that was intended since this is the gateway to blaxploitation and it's about having fun but I'd have expected the laughs to be more consistent given its cult status.
Multiple viewings might improve my opinion.
