Review of Dogville (2003) by Valentin A — 18 Apr 2014
Lars von Trier dellivers an eloquent anecdote of life in a completely successfully experimental way. Dogville offers us more emotions and brilliant, yet ordinary ideas than he could fit on a cheap, grey studio.
The best way to describe Dogville is to assume it shows us the ugliest face of life, just to make us realize how wrong we were: it was, in fact, the only face of life.
