Dogtooth is the kind of movie that is kind of too disturbing to make me want to watch it again, but it's also such a fantastic work of art and its that aspect that does make me want to watch this again.
I'm not sure if I entirely understand the message but what I got from it was a deep look at the human mind and what happens to you when you grow up in this area where you are completely isolated from he world, and the director was able to do this in a darkly disturbing, yet somehow comedic way, which is one of the reasons why I loved this movie so much.
