Review of Dogtooth (2009) by Kim B — 12 Feb 2011
Strange, disturbing, almost too-still and with acting that I can only deem robotic (was this purposeful to serve the aim of the director? I couldn't tell). training one's children through deception and classical conditioning (yep, like dogs) in what amounts to a less than pristine " lab setting" leads to oddity, violence, rebellion, and eventual tragedy.
what these parents were supposed to be thinking I cannot even begin to imagine.
