Yeah, it's messed up, but it's REALLY good. It held my attention from the beginning, so I didn't even mind having to read subtitles. The acting is great, the characters are actually pretty hilarious, and there are elements of hope and freedom tying together all the crazy/disturbing/shocking things that are uncomfortable to watch.
I definitely recommend it - IF you think you can handle it. If you've seen "Happiness" and didn't like it, then this movie is definitely not for you.
