Review of Dogtooth (2009) by J.b. R — 30 Jul 2011
This bizarre Greek film is incredibly put together. The second feature from director Lanthimos creates an atmosphere that is as insular and foreboding as the world in which the family lives in the film.
So obscure that the viewer can come to many different conclusions (a bit too obscure in the end) but overall an excellent film that combines horror, sci-fi, drama and comedy into a very unique and visceral combination.
