This is one of those movies that gets made, because of a lack of budget and no good idea to base a film on. However, when someone just throws a lot of weird crap up on the screen, sometimes it turns out sort of interesting.
That's what we get here. Anyone who says there was a deeper reason to make this is completely full of it.
