Awful. Ben Affleck and Matt Damon are just terrible in this incredibly sacrilegious piece of cinematic garbage. Yes, I get that it's supposed to be tongue-in-cheek, but it was just bad. The angel wings, anyone? I don't really know where this movie falls in the awfulness that is the Kevin James catalogue, but it's pretty near the bottom.
