Review of Dogma (1999) by William J — 31 Jan 2010
Intelligent comedy with a decent cast and a nicely-done update to the Paradise Lost story. It makes points that could be taken in a serious way whilst simultaneously refusing to take itself too serious.
You want proof? Ok, how about Alanis Morissette playing a character (God) whose voice makes the heads of human beings explode? Good stuff.
