I saw this movie a ton of times on cable tv during my middle school years. I thought a few parts were pretty funny but overall I didn't really grasp the whole thing. Now that I've viewed it again, I have a new respect for it.
Sure, there are parts of pure stupidity, but there are also some parts of subtle genius. Most of it didn't make a whole lot of sense but I'd like to think that's part of the point. Out of all the film makers out there, I'm truly glad Kevin Smith chose to tackle this religious subject, he truly made an audacious film.
"Mass genocide is the most exhausting activity one can engage in, next to soccer.".
