Review of Dogma (1999) by Kevin M — 10 Feb 2013
Although it's disjointed, (what's up with the "Pooh-Monster"??), Smith's takedown of organized religion is utterly hilarious, groundbreaking and necessary. "Dogma" isn't his best, but it's his most enjoyable; it features some excellent performances from the ensemble (Damon, Affleck, Rickman), and a thoroughly memorable cameo from the timeless George Carlin.
