Yes, bros before hoes. That's the whole mantra of the film, it works. Sure, it's not the most complex or ellaborated zombie flick, but gets the job done. It goes straight for the action pieces and that's good.
It's a good cast and helps a lot to keep things above the simple material. Be sure to watch this with some beers and friends, male friends that is.
