Quite possibly the best British horror movie of all time... and definitely the best in a genre that promises so much but has failed to deliver ever since An American Werewolf in London. This film once and for all proves that big budgets and great special effects are not necessary for a great horror movie, quite the opposite in fact.
If more money was spent getting the scripts right and thinking about the viewers point of view then we might some day ressurect the dying genre of horror, so over polluted with hot chicks getting their heads cut off by psychopaths.
These movies have plots so thin you know what is going to happen before it even starts. Originality is something which Hollywood has forgotten and standard script templates seem to be the norm whether its a rom com, an action movie, a horror or whatever.
Calling all writers! Watch Dog Soldiers and be inspired!
