Review of Dog Eat Dog (2016) by Zachary Y — 12 Nov 2016
Based on the late great Edward Bunker's novel of the same name. Cage is on fine form and Dafoe is off the fucking radar. It isn't as good as other Bunker Adaptations like the masterpiece that is Straight Time or the excellent Animal Factory but Paul Schrader serves up a decent crime caper with loads of ultra violence and dark humour.
