A dark comedy that throws you for a loop towards the middle but keeps you interested until the end. Al Pacino as a gay bank robber??? Never thought I would have seen the day but even with that odd bit of plot and the reason for robbing the bank (a sex change for his boyfriend/wife????) it was still a movie that kept me chuckling and trying to guess.
..what next? Pacino may be at his best in this flick, his performance was amazing. The entire cast was also superb. Lumet stepped up to the bat and knocked one over the fence.
