Review of Dog Day Afternoon (1975) by Mark J — 25 Apr 2011
Wow! I finally saw this classic after Sidney Lumet passed away. I couldn't figure why I was glued to it, but today I heard the Filmspotting guys gush about it. It's a preservation of both the 70s and that part of New York, as well as a story like a slow motion train wreck and amazing acting from Pacino, Durning, and others.
