Review of Dog Day Afternoon (1975) by Eddie K — 04 Feb 2011
Pacino is riveting as a gay bank robber and is brilliantly supported by John Cazale, Chris Sarandon and Charles Durning. Sidney Lumet's crisp direction and a compelling script make this one of the best films of the 70s - and maybe, ever.
