Being an American and not being use to seeing Hong Kong/Asian style films, Dog Bite Dog is another one of those Hong Kong films that leaves you feeling really disturbed. Does that mean this is a bad film? Not at all, but this is a extremely violent movie with a message.

Children in Cambodia are raised like dogs and turned into vicious fighters, killers and assassins. The hitman is sent to Hong Kong to kill his target, but after completing his task he spends the next several days running from a group of detectives that are fast on his trail.

The hitman in this movie is so ruthless that I found myself hope the police detectives catch him, and then I found myself wondering why the cops just dont shot him after witnessing the horrible crimes he has already committed.

But then the movie would have been over and a 35 minute film just wouldnt work. This movie isnt for the weak, the fight scenes are brutal and the violence is at least two steps beyond anything you would see in an American film.

You have been warned! C+.
