Review of Dodsworth (1936) by Parley S — 25 Nov 2007
The amazing thing about this movie is how modern it feels, 72 years later. It deals with relationships in a real, human manner, and digs deeper than just about any other film I can think of from the 30s.
A lot of attention was paid to developing all of the characters. If you love movies, you owe it to yourself to see this one.
