Review of Doctor Zhivago (1965) by Dean T — 20 May 2011
Nobody shoots an epic like David Lean, every inch of the frame is filled in turn with the opulence, squalour & stunning vistas of Revolution era Russia. The stand out performance is Rod Steiger's ignoble & pragmatic Komarovsky.
Fantastic score.
