Review of Doctor Zhivago (1965) by Suravi C — 05 May 2008
There is something about this movie that makes it my dad's favourite. This sweeping epic raises many questions and creates some unforgettable character plays. However I cant accept how the protagonist's cheating on his wife is glorified/idolized.
But perhaps it is not the morality of the tale that makes Dr Zhivago a classic but its narration of what happened.
