Review of Doctor Zhivago (1965) by Liolia K — 19 Sep 2008
Though a little long and slow, Doctor Zhivago's a really well built story, having as a context the Great War, the Bolshevik Revolution and the start of Communism in great Russia. The story's entretaining, and here's some really beautiful shots in the white snow.
The costumes are amazing, and the performances are strong enough to support the story. Quite a little pretty odyssey.
