Review of Doctor Who: The Day of the Doctor (2013) by Will G — 05 Apr 2015

No kind of introduction to the characters and plotlines that drive the film so newcomers will be very lost. It's cast is very strong and has some nice visual set pieces here and there but the plot lacks attention to detail and is essentially just an advert for upcoming series' of Doctor Who as well as a pat on the back for the show making it to 2013.

There is very little for fans of the classic series. It's okay sci fi guff that a margin of the fans will enjoy.
