Mediocre performances by the clean cut Smith and crowd favourite Tennant. Good basic storyline, great to see John Hurt and a return for Tom Baker but the new generation of Doctor Who continues to provide a lack of story depth.

The writers should revert to old style multi part stories instead of saving a world in 45 minutes. It worked well with the last 2 series of Torchwood...
