If you're not filled with rage by *gasp* kissing, can accept that McGann's doctor isn't a clone of those who came before and don't mind a fairly strange plot, you'll accept that this is a great movie.
Plus the "TARDIS as Steampunk Cathedral" concept is fantastic.
