Paul McGann as the Doctor was great. While I do love the new BBC series, I was disappointed that Paul was not going to be in it.
Eric Roberts as the Master... complete crap.
The story and the rest of the cast were average at best. McGann really is the only good part about the movie, but he is good enough to make it enjoyable. If you like McGann, try to get your hands on some of the audio Doctor Who adventures put out by Big Finish in the UK. McGann's take on the Doctor really gets the room to shine.
