Paul McGann makes an excellent doctor, and Sylvester McCoy's appearance adds alot of class. But then it all goes a bit wrong, and anyone who doesn't know the series may get bored, anyone who does, may get embarrassed.
If you're a fan its certainly worth a look, and isn't too bad.
