Sam Raimi saved this movie from being a total flop, but he was hamstrung by Disney's concept of the MCU and Disney's commitment to being "woke". It was fun for the most part if you can ignore the "woke" choices and idiotic plot issues (ex.
Wanda easily melts one Illuminati but has to fight Captain Carter with fisticuffs???).
