The film is very well directed and has really good scenes, but the script is very poor, full of conveniences, very expository and both the America's arc and Wanda's redemption arc are terrible. Horrible third act and cameos are only there to tell the fans "here's what you wanted, now that's enough".
It had enormous potential, but for me, it was below what it could have been.
