The Movie That Exceeds All Expectations.

When deciding how to entertain yourself for a weekend or when plans fail, go see the movie Dr. Strange: it's adventurous, mind bending, Si-Fi, and romantic. This is an unforgettable, must-see movie.

When I first saw that Marvel was making a new movie I was like, really another one? But after watching the trailer once... or six times, I came to love the thought of a new Marvel movie. I recognized Benedict Cumberbatch (Dr. Strange) from his amazing role as Sherlock Holmes in the BBC series, Sherlock. I knew he would be the best actor for this part. Tilda Swinton plays the role of Ancient One. She is an ancient sage with mind bending powers. She is not exactly what she seems though. I absolutely loved her in this film as well as Narnia.

Prior to seeing Dr. Strange I had high hopes and after seeing it twice, I have to say it exceeded those expectations and then some. When asked to describe the movie the only thing that came to mind was "Mind Boggling". The use of color and the breath-taking scenes, buildings expanding and the "Mirror Dimension" was beyond what I had expected. With the suspense leading up to the climax - and every Marvel movie must have an amazing one - everyone has this understanding of what might happen, but when the climax hits people are amazed. True to form, Marvel has added a bonus. Stay for the scenes after the credits because you in for a shocking surprise.
