Doctor Strange is paradigm shift in vfx. But only focusing on that would be a huge disservice to a movie which is also a good character piece, has an excellent ideological drama, great visual storytelling and what is perhaps the best depiction of magic on screen ever!

There are excellent cameos and lots of humour which is characteristic of any Marvel movie but those looking for more would be treated to an absolutely delightful performance by Tilda Swinton who manages to make a trippy movie even more surreal, and awesome sights you would have never imagined possible.
