Review of Doctor Strange (2016) by Foldermath — 24 Jun 2017
This movie felt a little strange. The CGI and picture were extremely beautiful, and the landscape bending bent my mind as well. I liked the Ancient One, and I thought her final speech to Strange was brilliant.
I didn't like Ejiofor's character and Doctor Strange himself. They weren't as fleshed out as they could have been. Doctor Strange's training felt rushed (like he got too good too soon). The romance is minimal, and not well done at all.
Maybe I would have liked the movie more if I had read the comic beforehand.
