Uh, not sure why the ratings are so high... Other than the effects, which felt like they were there to carry the movie, I found it lacking any depth in story or character development. What bit of story there was left me wishing I had napped instead.
I guess since I didn't read the comic this felt pretty "strange" to me, but I was hoping I wouldn't have needed to read the comic before watching the movie.
