Review of Doctor Strange (2016) by S G — 15 Mar 2017
While it does have the major weaknesses Marvel is getting known for (weak villain, constant need to build up other movies), Dr. Strange still manages to stand well on it's own with a strong protagonist, great casting, and visuals that are both pleasing and disturbing when it needs to be.
I can recommend it as a stand alone film.
