A very gruesome Italian horror film which contains zombies and cannibals. If you watch this movie as a double-bill with Lucio Fulci's Zombie Flesh Eaters you may think you are watching the same film twice as it uses some of the same actors and locations and has a similar plot about a mad doctor creating zombies on a remote tropical island!
