This movie exceeded all my expectations. This movie - at first glance - does not seem to have as engaging a plot line as God's Not Dead. To a degree, this is true. However, this is not a plot-driven story, but is more characters-driven.

And boy is it powerfully driven at that! The dialogue is consistently profound and poignant. The screenplay is constructed in such a way that it builds up towards an emotionally gripping and deeply thought-provoking conclusion.
