It actually has a story line for about half the movie, then it becomes an unbelievable "shoot-em-up". If you don't mind the "gansta rap", the unnecessary filthy language, and the almost silly violence scenes, then go see it.
Tarantino has such a gift for movie making, and yet, it seem he feels an obligation to take the violence "over the top".
