Review of Django Unchained (2012) by Bruce M — 21 Feb 2015
This film is solid, it's pretty clever and pretty well-acted. Despite the controversy surrounding it, this is basically just a buddy comedy by Tarantino and carries with it basically exactly what you would expect.
As always, Tarantino is really in love with his own writing so this film is overlong and drawn-out in places but that doesn't quite kill the fun.
